Description
Music, mindful movement, and meditation for the whole family! Join us for some down to earth mindfulness practices that aim to be engaging and meaningful for adults, kiddos, and all those in between.
WHO? PreK through 4th grade kids and a parent, grandparent, or other caregiver
Older siblings welcome to join as well!
WHAT? 45 minutes of engaging, family friendly mindful practices that can be done together!
WHERE? On Zoom – log on from inside or outside your house!
WHAT TO BRING: Yourself! All you need are comfy clothes and a willingness to try something new!
WHAT TO EXPECT: Family members can log on together and share a screen! We will spend time settling in, warming up our body and mind, playing some games and practicing specific mindfulness strategies.
